Disney Princess Stockings barcode 5026418043922 - filled with sweets, games & surprises, on clip strips marked at £2 scanned for 1p this am @ Dunst*ble. I took 6 but left loads on clip strips down the sweets isle. Best before dated 31/7/2013.:)

Had gone looking for all the 1p chocolate you have been talking about but found nothing.

Also, yesterday I was in Bletch*y and there was loads of the Me to You Xmas stuff reduced by 75%. Just took one of each to keep as Xmas stocking fillers for DD

Oh no, Hope they did not destroy much.
I have heard scratching in our loft for the past 3 months, bought mouse traps (wishful thinking, rather than rat traps) I am way to scared to go up there and DH still cant be bothered to do it. Have many sentimental things up there and hoping they have not gnawed into any of it. The thought sends shivers down my spine. Really need to give DH a kick up the butt, think he is secretly scared too :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Nothing destroyed we can see at the moment. We have a little wooden room up there a bit like a shed in the loft that the guy before us used as a dark room. Weird I know, don't got there. :rotfl: But we use it to store all the sentimental stuff etc and I cleaned it out late last year and washed the floor down Oh has looked but can't see any signs of damage in it. But of course cannot see under it. :(

Only evidence seems to be under some insulation he has had it all up to check along a run of a joist. We have never heard anything though. Rat traps now baited with peanut butter, which unfortunately be attractive for the flys but better than rats I think. :(:(:(

    what a day

House is mostly packed up now. I have injured my thumb/wrist in the process which is very inconvenient :( Just got to sit back and wait for the chaos to begin tomorrow now. There are boxes everywhere  I have been cleaning as i've been going, so all the crappy jobs like the top of the kitchen cupboards and behind the tv are now spotless. Well, until mr plumber guy comes and messes it all up again anyway!

Went to T's this morning, not a single 1p choc in sight, but i did get a couple of £1 dressing gowns so thats a couple of christmas presents sorted.

Glad to see some of you are still doing well with the 1p chocs :j

I also hope weather not bad for you when they did mine back and front door both open and wind blowing in made it very cold. :)

    Evening everyone.

Away for a couple of days and loads and loads of lovely pages to catch up on. Still lots of chocolate bargains I see - I am sure there are some out there somewhere with my name on, so shall keep looking.

Has anyone identified HC and Westie's whereabouts yet? Based on his response to someone's Switzerland guess, I think it must be the opposite, ie somewhere pretty hot. So I will go for Egypt or Morocco (am I allowed two guesses?).

Haven't caught up yet but wondered if there had been any progress on the SSM fiasco? Has anyone been able to identify which posts of theirs have actually been removed? Just that my to-do list (the one where reward was taken away for spam or inappropriate posts) hasn't actually had any items removed.
  • Just found this on main thread, not sure if tesco is included but might be possible free dvd's again in a few weeks :j:j:j
