Well totally fed up with t's... our local store scanner still broken:mad:, and they have totally removed all the reduced section thats been there for 2yrs and replaced it with seasonal full price junk- all they have is fresh foods reduced/veg reduced/dry food reduced and a few health bids reduced, nothing like all the stuff before with loads of old seasonal stuff. And all the reduced stuff in food sections is so badly reduced until the evening which I can't go to with DS Going to write a complaint about their ridiculous online subsititions (even when I have put what they can sub for) as well as poor quality of products again this week, at least hopefully will get a refund or money card. Had a look for 1p chocs and not a sausage in l0udw*t£r ARRRRGH:mad:
Went to sainsburys today and got a few good reductions, nothing amazing but stuff in the chilled section for about 1/2 price that I have frozen.
Sorry not been on to catch up properly been so busy Hope everyone is well? Will try and catch up later but I am feeling poorly so might be an early night for me.x
p.s. don't suppose anyone knows what you'd get for a 94 reg renult clio for scrap? just sat in the garage and hoping that if my OH can get a good price for it he will consider getting rid of it, desperate to get rid of the bloomin thing so I can store all my carp in there :rotfl:

I agree with the others that have said that this is a ridiculous accusation. We all know that some T staff are not shall we say 'always familiar with the truth', and are not above telling the odd 'porkie' when it suits their purpose. The 1p emails circulated to all staff for instance. If that is so, why are the staff so surprised when 1p items go through the till? DS's friend works for T and he is amazed when I find 1p items, wishes he could get them for his mum, and how do I find out about them?!
If T staff did get such an email, the rights and wrongs of the Elite buying 1p items wouldn't exist........there wouldn't be any left for us to buy, the staff would snaffle them all!!!

Fudge2- i really hope that they sort this big fat mess out for you really soon. Like in a minute soon! How horrible it is for you. FWIW I really dont think that you've done anything wrong and you will come out of this as the victor. Hopefully with a lovely shiny gift card and a written apology.

3Dogs- so glad that Alan is home now. He will feel so much better being at home, with you and in familiar surroundings. He'll feel better inside and out, and will be able to think a whole lot more clearly as well. Its amazing how much concentration gets zapped on a ward


The good news is that my heating is being done next week instead of the end of the month that i thought it was going to be :j:j

If the weather is nice, i might venture out into the garden and start getting things planted....would be such a waste when i wont be able to cope with being indoors with all the noise and mess

Oh and those 33p bars of honeycomb chocolate....they are soooooooooooooooooooooooooo lovely!
