Any locals going to FB today, I scanned the Thorntons mints there yesterday and full price but think they are smaller boxes. Nothing else I could see, no restock of my 1p bargain. HTHs

Is it just the Thorntons mints, anyone tried Ts own selection?

ok...i'm just going to have a little moan and cry....then I will catch up.... i know one store that has always seemed un-lurkered so thought I'd try that one first for the 1p chocs...then head in the completely different direction to a store which i know had all the 1p stuff in last week (when it wasnt 1p)...but that store is usually lurkered......got to the 1st store....absolutely nothing except the purple quality street....so starts to go over to the other store and my car decided it would be best if I didnt have any more chocolate and refused to take me!!! It was making some very strange noises, and very clunky and rattly when i put the clutch down...so rather than break down again and not be at school at 12 to pick DD1 up, I came home

now feeling sorry for myself, as I just know that there will be tons of 1p stuff at that store if its not been lurkered Unlikely to get chance to go again before next week now so really not a happy bunny at all

But well done to everyone who has succeeded.....I am not jealous.....honest

I doubt there were many workmen beavering away at 7am on a Saturday morning (I'd be delighted to be proved wrong). In my experience, far too often the motorways are coned off with speed restrictions for weeks on end and not a blessed thing is happening.

Speed per se is not the problem, it's driving inappropriately fast in a given situation that is.
