I got the mens S/M Value fleece the other day (regular store) for £1 ... but scanned in an extra today at £5 and my regular at £10!! I mentioned the 'odd' pricing to SA doing battery DTD ... and she said the store selling it at £1 "isn't doing too well and that's why it'll have been reduced". Erm really? Don't think so ...

Nice to see you've got your priorities straight! Though, you''l need some luck to find anything down 'ere these days! PZ is a pretty [STRIKE]shabby[/STRIKE] old and untidy store, so you might find something there! My local is R3druth, can't find anything there these days! Hit the car park at the right time tonight though, plenty of wombled receipts, including a £4 off £30. Why do people throw these away?!
They've taken all our scanners away too!! :mad:

I even sent misery guts to T's on his way to work this morning for the same but he couldnt find anything either

2 of the stores we've been to today between us are stores that i have never seen mentioned on here, but get lurked pretty well :mad:

Can confirm tco,honeycomb flavour is 1p,didnt find anything else. Cadbury wishes scanned 30p for me today in express

ooooooooooooooooooh, i did find a couple of things tonight-

Bachelors vegetable soup RTC 19p a can. Sadly, not the 20p campbells i was looking for. thought about doing a HC for a while but thought better of it

And I also found the honeycomb chocolate for 33p in one store but that the was the only type they had, and in the other one, it was £1.30 something for the same chocolate

T'was an extra for the soup and expensiver chocolate, and a normal superstore for the cheap chocolate

Morsep, just been reading your posts - yep, contact HO, there is a DTD policy in place and just because you received it, you shouldn't be treated unfairly. Tell them how terrible the CS made you feel, the embarrassment, the numerous customers wiating behind you in the queue being able to see/hear what was going on etc. I'm not advocating laying it on, but make your feelings very well known. If T want customers to shop in their stores, then they need to treat their customers with some respect. Best of luck xx

actually for me i have so much of everything that i really don't NEED anything so if i go and i get something now it's a bonus, i am working pretty much 10-12 hour days now as well as looking after my 3 kids all under 10 in the week, I used to spend my days off scurrying round one T's after another then making myself miserable when i travelled miles but found nothing

TBH in my job I can earn more in one hour than i spent 4 days faffing about with SSm coupons. i don't think I do it for the money, i think it's more the thrill of the chase. Sorry to those who are really struggling with money, I am deeply in debt with a bad investment i have made but i am also earning and thankfully have a job where i can find work easily even in the current climate.

I count my blessings for what I have, I still followed the thread (well kind of when i could keep up)even when I was abroad and when I banned myself from T's. But I won't be rushing out tonight or abandoning my kids just for some 1p chocolate. If that means more needy lurkers getting them good luck to you guys. Hope you find something next time queen of cheap xx
