Been to Ts today.
2 Flash wipes 28p with 2 MOC
Oral B 24p with £1 MOC
2 Flash bathroom FREE
2 Head and Shoulders ( SEL said £1.22) price was £2.99 - Went to CS she took the SEL off and said that it was an old code - so charged me £1.22 each ( with 2 x £1 MOCs) cost me 44p
I said shouldnt that be DTD then? She said no because the bar codes are different!
( DTD is a new concept to me!)
Aunt Bessie Custard 3p
Flash Platinum dishwash tabs 30 £3.50 ( Half price atm to £5 and £1.50 off MOC)
Tampax 75p with £1 MOC
total shop from £24.69 to £4.770 -
I've finally sussed how to download books onto my Kobo.....and it's now working fine :j:j
If anyone else is intending to buy one, you need to install Overdrive from Adobe onto your Vox and you can then directly download straight from your library's website without having to do it via your laptop or PC :T:T
It's actually quite a nice little tablet now I've got it sussed....but it nearly ended up being launched through the window at 2am this morning!!!My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

Things like that are difficult to get and when they are available, they are priced out of reach of most ordinary people. The Lonely Planet guide book I've got suggests taking lots of various things to give to people, especially if you're staying in a B&B. I didn't take anything like that as I wouldn't have felt comfortable giving a woman something like that.
EDIT: It's been a couple of years since I went to Cuba and my guide book was a year or so old when I bought it so who knows what the situation is like now.
Not going to Cuba or know of anyone that is, I will stash them away see if anyone is doing a shoebox appeal later on in the year (I enjoy doing the kiddies ones)0 -
Happy you got mail;)Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0

Well we got 20 Duracell

Sat hiding in the car biting my nails
I don't think he even knew where I got the batteries from and I havent given him any training on useful responses as to why we didn't notice the overcharge
Edit right he's back
He got the £100 but he is absolutely livid oops, says don't ever involve me in your scams again ,some people are soooo ungrateful
Used 8 Duracell coupons and got loads of Lenox and fairy and always and lOads of whoopsied veg and fruit and flowers (on way to hospital)
Total spend £160
Actual cost £20!!
