I think the biological washing powder probably made it disintegrate, it was probably just the wildlife living in it that kept it together :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Had a wombletastic day first womble was a £3 off £20 spend, I got 4 of the OOD BOGOF batteries 1 pantene hair mask, 1 14 wash lenor, 2 of the bogof always towels, milk, bread, and 6 items of clothing in the sale @50p each after MoC the £3 off £20 coupon and a JTD off 99p off last weeks womble = £22.23, after I toddled off to CSD and got £19.96 but she was short of change so gave me £20 and said don't worry about it :) on the way out a soggy wombled 106 pointer and a 122 pointer :D

Those Always Towels is there anywhere I can give/donate them to I went thru the menopause in my 30's and have no need for such items I only got them as I was 80p up on the transaction after using the MoC's

just to say anyone looking for whiskas or cleaning supply (like me lol) storage keter 4 tier plastic shelve unit is down to £9 if you collect in store http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.211-8120.aspx use code TD-KLPT at checkout hope it helps peeps

Thanks for this. Just a warning tho, if you want more than one, as I did, then you have to order them individually, using different accounts, (OH, DS1, MIL etc) as the code only discounts one item on each order.
I also wanted one of these

a garage storage box, and had to order that separately too. I'm hoping it'll keep the field mice out of my stash!!

Are you going to Cuba or know anyone going to Cuba any time soon? Things like that are difficult to get and when they are available, they are priced out of reach of most ordinary people. The Lonely Planet guide book I've got suggests taking lots of various things to give to people, especially if you're staying in a B&B. I didn't take anything like that as I wouldn't have felt comfortable giving a woman something like that.

EDIT: It's been a couple of years since I went to Cuba and my guide book was a year or so old when I bought it so who knows what the situation is like now.

Thanks to the OP who mentioned the Finish dishwasher tablets with an OOD SEL. I am now the proud owner of a box of 78 tablets even though I don't even use my dishwasher. (Can never decide if it's cheaper to just wash up 2 or 3 times a day or to put the dishwasher on once a day...)
My friend uses her dishwasher every day, so I'll be donating the tablets to her.

Found the Duracell batteries in the toy aisle. Only had the nerve to buy 2 AA and 2 AAA packs.

Also found the Goodfellas pizza with 100% extra free in the boxes. Used my £1 off coupon from the price flop leaflet, and put receipt in for price check.

Thank you so much OPs. xx :)

  • Just back from my quick shop

1 each of the Goodfellas pizzas, Cadburys Bubbly and an Oral B toothpaste, total to pay £8.07. Used the price flop £1 off, £1 off Oral B, £1.42 off the Bubbly and £2.01 womble, so total to pay £2.64 :D Which should result in a £4.07 JTD :D Not the biggest on here by any strecth of the imagination, but I'm happy

Got a bit of a trout on the SS tills. She had to authorise 2 of the coupons, and asked for the receipt for the JTD which I've never had before, and she just about wrote her life story on it! Then as she was walking away I hit 2 for the green CC points and omg she was back like a shot! 'you can only have 1 per bag doesn't matter what size it is' so I was very apologetic but as she tried to cancel 1 CC point she voided one of my coupons so then had to go away to get the keys to open the drawer to get it back out so she could scan it again and then she forgot to take the CC point of! SO :p I got to keep it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

:rotfl: I've stopped caring now and type in three bags all time automatically :D:D bought some fairy for £1. Typed in 3 bags and put the coupon in. Next transaction, 3 bags etc.. helps build those points up nicely:p
