What size are the signs? I saw somewhere BPA say they must be 450mm square.

NTC don't claim to be members of the BPA and certainly aren't members of the BPA AOS.

Btw: NTC = Norwich Traffic Control Ltd
    19a Broadland Court
    Norwich
    NR1 1UN

Pleased to see that they are fully compliant with the eCommerce Regulations with regard to their web offering. Not. Click Here

Nor can I trace a O Licence in their name nor using the postcode of their registered office
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
  • I'm rather confused with their address situation - the registered address for their company is 19a Broadland Court, Norwich yet they request appeals are sent to an address in Elmstree, Hertfordshire. I'm going to send a letter to both when I send one as I know all legal correspondence has to be issued to the registered address.

Is that a bad sign then, that there's no trace of an O licence?

what I was angling towards, HO, was that whether or not this firm of cowboys is in the BPA, if their notices don't meet the stated standards, then it will be possible to argue in court that signing was inadequate and get backed up in that argument by the BPA literature........

It is for them if they are running a towing vehicle without one, they can't claim exempt as they are not picking up broken down vehicles, major fines from Vosa.

That's a very good point. if the bays have not been marked up then how would you know which is your bay and also how would the PPC?
