How can i put follow up comment after leaving feedback?

Sold a top for 99p - postage was £4.00

It cost £2.60 ish for postage - the packaging was about 70p

After fees, I have probably made about 50p!

They have put in the (positive) feedback 'great top but postage a bit high'

I would just like to clarify the costs under her feedback!

No I definitely wouldn't respond and draw any attention to high postage. Your costs were high, best keep it under the radar.

Most buyers don't like to see more than about 50p over stamp cost on an item. For a basic top under 250g and assuming it has to go as a packet not a large letter most people seem to be charging about £2, which is about £1.72 for 2nd class postage plus 10p for a jiffy plus about for faffing about.

I'd keep an eye on your expanded dashboard for the next few days as well until the stars appear. I think you need to be prepared for a low one on that.

Or just wait for free listing weekends and increase the start price/lower the postage.

If you're going to sell on ebay then you should find cheaper packaging, 70p for packaging for a top is very high. £1.40 on top of stamp price is a lot.
Regardless of people saying that you bid knowing how much the p&p is, buyers really don't want to pay for it.
I had a 1* for p&p a little while ago, I'd charged about 30p over the stamp price & it was a fragile item that needed a lot of bubble wrap, this cost me far more than the 30p I'd charged for it.

as said people want to see actual price on the stamps , if you think its only going to sell for 99p you might as well sling it , or parcel up a job lot to sell for a bit more

Put it on Freecycle or offer it for free on Gumtree or Adtrader if you're not bothered about making any money.
