I am definitely going after this post but had to tell someone. I am shocked and dismayed that MrM has ....
a secret stash of Elemis goodies of his own! It's a long story but I've managed to get into a little hoo ha on Ebay and MrM suggested I put some samples in with the sale item to appease the Buyer. I said I don't have any samples. So he says what about these? and comes out of the bathroom with 3 of the sample tubes of Elemis products. There are 6 in total! Just shows you don't really know someone :rotfl:0 -

UU - Garnier Ultra-Lift Anti-Wrinkle Firming Night Cream.
I purchased this on one of my US trips at a pretty good price, I'm now thinking they were clearing out to make way for the newer red packaging as this is in the older green container. Not sure if I'd buy again, as I didn't really notice much of a difference, I'm not feeling remotely lifted, let alone ultra lifted! :rotfl:Although I think it did a good job during our terribly cold and drying weather this year, in that I felt moisturised, yet not greasy in the mornings.
I tend to stick with Garnier products as my oily, sensitive skin has problems with other brands, the perfumes and such.
TA - a random 'tongue cleaning gel' sample that came with a tongue scraper many years back, from my California dentist, which unfortunately is no longer a gel but more of a solid. I did a full cleanout of the bathroom closet and found this winner. I kept the scraper as I use that every once and a while.
UU - Olay Body Wash Plus Spa Exfoliating Ribbons, WBA.
This was another purchase from the US, although I see a similar Olay product is sold here in the UK. I tend to go for one of these heavier, moisturizing body washes during the drying winter months. As my product has run out, it should now be spring!?0 -

Im going to have a UU tonight I think/hope, im sure I can get rid of the sanctury body souffle later....
Couple of INs to report - but neither count really, a large veet that I will be using almost all of before I go away next week, and a french nail polish set cos i cant afford to get my nails done after all, so have got to do something to them myself. (well, get mum or my friend to do it for me so they look vaguely neat!)
Someone this month was talking about some lip butters, they sounded really lovely but I cant remember who it was or what they were - Im almost out of the one in my car,and the one in the house tastes stale (they are both nearly 2 years old!!) so Id quite like a new one if possible... anyone remember who it was and what they were??Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -
Can anyone recommend any other facial sunscreens? Anyone tried Sunsense Daily Face? It seems to be recommended by dermatologists a lot. I have very dry skin so will most likely need to use an additional moisturiser with any sunscreen I buy, the most important parts are that the sun protection works and that I can apply foundation over it./QUOTE]
Skyllo, I can recommend No7's facial sun creams, I have tried their SPF50 and it was fabolous and not greasy at all. I put on my normal moisturiser first and then the sun cream. I think the price was around £12 ( if you can, wait for the £5 off voucher). I tend to react to most facial sun products but this one was great. No toiletries challenge, started 18/1/2010 - Putting £1 in my savings jar for every item that I use up. Pot 1 to 4 = £261. Pot 5=£23
Boots points:£39.21. Extra money in 2012:£674.59. In 2013 £603.48. 2014: £85. 2015: £0 :j0 -

TA:
Lash Fusion XL mascara - WNBA it has one of those massive brushes that just don't seem to work on my lashes, i much prefer the plastic comb ones. went to use it this morning and it had dried up and barely any went on my lashes.0 -
I bought the QVC package, the only difference is at that time it was on 4 easy payments, I am very happy with it, mostly use it once a day, occasionally twice. I use any of my cleansers, some foaming, some creamy, and have yet to start working my way through the humungeous amount of stuff that came with it. I have sensitive skin, but have had no problems using any of the brush heads, no breakouts etc.
