Wow TurnaroundSue, you are interpreting this challenge more strictly than me if you thought twice about buying a hungry child a sausage roll!
I spent £4.50 on icecreams today, for my children plus two of their friends.
I did think twice, but I don't want this challenge to impact negatively on my children, they get few enough treats as it is and we were having a lovely outing so I bought them anyway.
It was the first weekend in two months when I haven't had a huge deadline hanging over me and I enjoyed it so much - did some long overdue housework and today went on a walk up Box Hill in the sunshine.
......that's why I have so much money in my account - didn't realise that I could buy the kids little treats now and then ...... thought they had to suffer also :rotfl: :rotfl:When you were born, you were crying and everyone around was smiling. Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying! :rotfl:0 -
