Firstly apologies for -posting in wrong place- missing a reply already given(I have searched) I sent off my first wave of PPI' claims biggest to First Plus which I thought was the most straightforward. Just received their first response which is stated as their final one !! They say I went through a broker for the loan so just refer me to them-no discussion.. how can this be right it was around 5 years ago and all paperwork is with First plus including the PPI ?? Now stuck on first hurdle. All advice including POST IN RIGHT PLACE appreciated .

Hello there with the reasons you have to make a reclaim, you simply just complete the reclaim questionnaire, these were issued by the FOS for customers to use to make a reclaim complaint to the business that set up and sold the accounts.

That is correct in regards of the mastercard account number, you use that.

The reclaim questionnaire replaced the template letters on this site.

Remember to keep copies as well, good luck.

Just want to say thanks for your help, and i'll keep you updated on how i get on. :D

We confuse ourselves sometimes :D, actually it's lots of times in my case :o
Best to wait for a breakdown letter if you are lucky enough to get one. I still haven't and have written to MBNA requesting one nearly a month after being paid out :( I'm as interested as yourself to get an idea of how they do it
    Successes
    Sainsbury's/BOS £6,400 Paid :)
    MBNA £3,600 Paid :)
