Thanks for your reply, im not building my hopes up, im just so worried that i wont get the ppi money back because i signed the box, but i do feel they mis sold it to me, i get 6 months full pay , 3 months half pay and im in a sickness scheme, but at the time, i felt well if i dont take it, i wont get the loan, so im keeping everything crossed.

Front loaded ppi is the most upheld of all mis sell claims,as you only made one monthly payment to the loan then this was front loaded, fingers crossed for you x.
    Thanks Amersall for your response.
I didn't make myself very clear on my post, i'm sorry.
I had several loans with Black horse, each one had ppi added to the loan and was paid as a single monthly payment over the term of the loan [hope this makes sense]

Try not to worry, remember, we have all been there but have our reasons for making a complaint, so even if it was ticked, you have your own reasons for making a reclaim, for example, it may have been pre-ticked, or you were told no ppi then no loan, so it's then assumed ppi must be accepted and so on.

Signing and ticking of the agreement at the time makes no difference.;)
