Thank you sooo much! And thanks to everyone else who posted, especially OP! I finally managed to sort out my order which means I won't be moaning about it on here anymore. For a mere £3.48 I managed to place an order for 36 toilet rolls, a pack of 24 Jaffa Cakes, the free Creme Eggs, the Countrylife milk bag and the free jug, due for delivery on Saturday! So chuffed, hope it all goes through okay. Thanks again everyone! I may even order the bags of compost if I'm happy with the service.

I ordered 2 x toilet rolls using the link in OPs original post and it worked. I also bought the 2 x grow in the bag compost type things so we can plant some lovely tomatoes and chillis - we also don't have a car it would be hard to get these home otherwise. Unfortunately, we didn't qualify for the creme eggs as the delivery is next week but I don't like them anyway and I don't think OH will either. Thanks OP

I got them delivered today 170 sheets per roll so less than some other brands I think? Quality seems ok but i have not actually put them to the test yet!

Already a customer so can't take advantage of this offer, but have had some great freebies from them in the past, my favourite was a selection box at xmas and a cool bag which was 4 times the size I was expecting lol.

I often order the compost, 40l delivered to my door is a bargain, and with no car and just one good arm, it's so helpful and easy. Before it was a case of stagger round Wilko's with 2x 15l value bags and then lug them from taxi to the door, and they never seemed full enough bags either for the size (even allowing for the nature of compost which means they don't fill to the top).

Now I can have someone do it all for me with a click of the mouse!

Unfortunately I had this same problem and couldn't find any way of getting the £10 off, none of the codes worked for me, not even the new customer ones. Which sucked because I didn't even remember making an account, let alone placing an order! I'm assuming you can't make a new account either because your address has already been used? I couldn't find any way whatsoever of fixing this. So I did something a little cheeky which I feel bad for but am hoping it won't cause any problems.. On the account I already have, I changed the address by requesting a house move to a completely random valid address. Then I waited a day for it to be processed then I made a whole new account with my address! I will however attempt to phone them in the next few days to cancel my first account in case the residents of the address I put in ever decide to join. I'm afraid that was the only way I could get it to work. The old account also still has my payment details which it won't let me remove, so deffo need to cancel that soon!

Oh Dear only the cream eggs turned up for my sister this morning she ordered 2 x toielet rolls 2 x toffiee and cream eggs she had a receipt like a shop receipt just said others unavailable so she doesn't know what to do she won't be happy if she charged £3.49 for cream eggs for not spending the £10 and misses out on £10 off offer as she now not new customer.

My order not due until tomorrow as didn't deliver today

Arghhh I knew I should've ordered the bags of compost instead! Had a feeling the toilet rolls would be all cleared out by now. :S Has anyone else experienced this too yet?
