My order was delievered on time and everything was fine until my direct debit went out. They'd charged me full price. I phoned them up and they credited my account with £10 straight away. It looks like they've credited it twice by accident though :)
Can't fault the customer service at all

I'd given up on milk and more, but got a phonecall this afternoon, asking how satisfied I was with their service. I told them not very, considering my order didn't come, and my credit didn't appear back on my account despite 2 phone calls.
I've been assured I will get a £10 voucher code via email and 2 free milk deliveries!! We'll see...!

really not happy with them, they invoiced me for the full amount instead of knocking the £10 off.
i rang and told them, they said they will credit my account with the £10, they didnt.
Rang them again to be told i have to order from them on a regular basis to get the £10, i told them but the code knocked off the £10 at time of ordering and my bill should of come to 98p and they said well to get the offer i have to be a regular customer and order from them reguary, so really annoyed, wont ever order from them again

They've took the full £10 off of me too but I've been told a different story! I've been told its because you cannot use 2 promotions together, so because I used the £10 and the creme eggs its only given one discount!! Their CS is a nightmare but I'm not giving up;)

My £10 is showing as pending too.

I have spoken to them twice now about this, the first time I called, I was told that the £10 would be credited withn 2 days. I phoned again after 2 days as the credit still hadn't appeared and that the rep told me that I cannot have 2 promotions together. I then said, ok I will pay for the eggs but please re-apply the £10 credit which she said she would straight away. I checked my account and saw a new £10 credit note and the eggs were still listed as £0.00.

The my invoices section now has three entries:

    - An invoice for £13.59 without the £10 deducted showing as pending.
    - A £10 credit showing as unpaid.
    - A £10 credit note showing as credited. :)

I don't know if the £10 credit note will be taken off the £13.59 invoice however the credit note was issued yesterday (21st) and the payment is due today. (22nd) I also don't know if I will be charged for the eggs but it's fair enough if I do. (however I didn't see that you cannot use two offers in the t&c, maybe I missed it)

I'll keep you updated; I suggest you explain to the rep that your happy to pay for the eggs provided the £10 is credited.

    Thanks,
    Frank

well I've rang 3 times today...to be told that the supervisor i spoke to the first time (who was going to 'investigate' and call me back at 12.30) was on his lunch at 2.30 but would be back at 5pm!!!! Wish I worked there with that sort of lunch break!!! Told them wasnt good enough etc etc...eventually the same supervisor came on phone saying he had rang me (lies) and he would have to speak to depot to see if he could confirm the delivery was never made, before refunding me!!!

My order was never delivered and they took £10.98 by dd.....they then offered it me back as a credit on my account...errrr no thanks :)

so, have given them til 5pm to get back to me to confirm they are putting the money back in my bank.....will report back later!

Although it sounds like many people got this glitch, tbh, the customer services are outrageous and no matter how good a glitch I wont be going through all this hassle again with them!!!
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!

    Just an update:

I just checked my online bank statement and notice that the £10 has been applied, and the eggs are still free. So it is possible if you persist, if your £10 credit is showing as "unpaid" then it looks like you won't receive it. Make sure you call them and get them to issue a credit note.

    Cheers.
