Hmm I never got my order an it's saying it's been delivered???? WIll have to phone them, how annoying.

Had my order this morning but not my £5.49 toilet rolls, received everything else ok including the eggs.
Invoice says I owe 48p

May ring later about the toilet rolls & see if they'll credit the account for me for the £5.49, would encourage me to re-order anyway

Went away for a few days & came back to a pack of Toffifees which had been delivered! :j

I had given up on receiving them as just presumed they were OOS for good @ that price! ... You get LOADS for a pound and they are YUMMY! xx

Hi, I just wanted to add that my order was supposed to come last Friday, but never showed...didn't get any notification either

I simply have not had the time to call their head office to find out if OOS or if I could order something else in the meantime.

BUT....

Today, opened my door to find 36 luxury toilet rolls on my doorstep :j

So I am guessing they just delivered when back in stock.

May be worth hanging in there for those who have not received theirs yet.

Absoultely cannot beleive how shoddy these people are!
If it weren't for the fact my milk man is ultra sexy, I would never order from them again! :rotfl:

Seriously though, order was 1 week and 2 days late, this is after I phoned them twice, then I get an email saying they are charging me £12 odd, and I didn't get my jug it!!!!!! so I have a bag of milk and no jug, phoning them AGAIN in a minute.
