Mine has just arrived, very pleased with the service so far! Milkman was friendly and buzzed the flat and came to my own door, great service. As long as they get the invoicing right. I would use them again, it's so convenient!

Thanks OP - BTW does anyone know, at about 10PM last night I reduced the number of toilet rolls I was ordering from 3 to 2 as I realised that we didn't need quite that many!! On the invoice page of the site it shows as being £10.98-£10.00 =98p all good.

When the milkman came today however he still had it recorded for 3, but after explaining and showing a copy of the invoice on my phone he was more than happy to just give me 2. But I'm now thinking, is what's recorded on the 'My invoices' page ever going to change or, as long as everything's in stock and delivery goes through etc should I be fine and not overcharged for 3 lots instead?

Everything arrived today, they didn't have a large cheese so he brought a small one and said he would bring another small one on Friday. Would definately order again as I live in the middle of nowhere so very handy for me. There are no shops for miles.
