Sorry to drag this thread back to the front, but does anyone know what company H&M use to ship with? Do they do Royal Mail or a courier service? I am waiting on my package but this info would help me...thanks!

It depends on the weight of your parcel,if it under a certain weight they use royal mail,if heavier then courier ,usually Hermes for me.Royal mail seems the slowest sometimes not recieving items for about 7 days after dispatched.

They probably used hermes but cant say for sure. My order's being always delievered by the lady who deliever NEXT parcels too. Mine never came through royalmail. I am in kent if that helps.

I had a dispatch email on 29/02 and the money came out of my account on 02/03, so I would have thought it would be here by now?

I hate H&M, I hate H&M. Never ever order from them again! First order attempt was a major epic fail. I thought I would try again with this offer, but this time, no delivery, get an e-mail to say you need to contact us about your delivery urgently (this is an improvement on last time) Phone them, their responce, we cant help you today, you need to phone back tomorrow!
An idea for H&M, dont send out e-mails asking people to phone you, then tell them you cant help and they will have to ring back tomorrow.
Never come across such an incompetent business set up before! Even ebay sellers offer a better service than this! In fact I have got better service at carboot sales!
