I have ordered a few times with the £5 off. One order went through at under £6 (think around £4) Not sure how that happened tbh. They keep putting new things in the sale that's the problem. Just ordered these

1 x £9.99 another £7.99 and cost under £12. I really like such a lot of their home stuff. It's just a bit different.
And then someone mentioned handbags. . . there was one I really liked hmmm.

    Hiya

This is brilliant, thanks OP I am moving in a couple of weeks and love H and M home stuff so got the throw that I have been eyeing for ages which had already been reduced for a bargain

    thanks again

If it was this one http://www.hm.com/gb/product/94927?article=94927-A#shopOrigin=SA (looks Lovely) or similar cost I hope you managed to use the 25% off one item code as it would be the best to stack with 10% and free del or £5 off, which ever was best to suit cost. I'm sure someone said it was still in use.

Ignore me! I have just tried it and it wouldn't work. . . maybe they are on to me now :)

Kind Of. I made three different orders on three different accounts and some how on one of the accounts i opted for Monthly invoice! So I rang up to change from monthly to card but somehow the lady said you have two other orders to the same address so she merged them together. But before contacting them two of my orders were merges, not to sure how.

This happened to me in early Feb, I made 2 x orders on 2 x different email accounts (to make the most of the discount) and they merged them, losing 1 of my discounts. Luckily it was only a few pounds but they didnt bother to let me know, I worked it out by logging into the accounts.

Similar happened to me and they sent me a letter requesting I contact them about my order and when I called she said that I appeared to have 2 accounts and she was merging them.
I feigned ignorance and said I couldn't remember my log in details so I had ended up creating another account.
However it is worth bearing in mind that H&M have said they will close accounts if codes are stacked (I know some peeps on here got their accounts closed last time) so prob worth bearing in mind if you are likely to want to place future orders with H&M
  • I'd be careful about using the 5 pounds off code multiple times as it is one use per customer only and people have got into trouble before by using it multiple times on different accounts to the same address so I just don't risk it anymore whenever I see the 5 pound off code posted xxx

Thanks for posting this, placed an order on Thursday and got my dispatch notice yesterday! One account, both codes together and no issue. I bought three nice dresses and a crossover top, all suitable for breastfeeding throughout the summer for a princely £7.53! At that price, I can throw them in the wash everytime the baby burps up lol.
