I hate H&M online after my last order expereince was a right f**k up! However, even I have been tempted by the free delivery and £5 and 10% off, so I am giving them one more chance!

Very annoyed! Just checked the progress of my delivery and apparently it was delivered to me & signed for 5 days ago!!!!!!! Thats news to me! I !!!!!!! HATE HATE HATE Hermes. Fuming!

Am really disappointed with h&m again. I placed a largish order and it said del beginning of march, today 1 item is out for delivery, most due end of march and my favourite item isn't due till may!!!

It is sooo crap, they shouldn't take orders if they don't have stock!

Thanks so much. I got the bag I had seen in a fashion mag and fallen in love with plus 3 dresses for £9.63! Cheaper than what the bag was meant to be on it's own.
