I have ordered with H&M quiet a few times and have had no hassle. All my codes were accepted and delivery was quick! Managed to get £30 jacket which had 50% discount for £11.24 with codes! Want to get another jacket in another colour but it's gone up to £30 again:(

Me too- I am wondering why I have used the codes quite a few times and most of the time it works but have twice got a letter instucting me to phone them for security issues or they`ll cancel my order.. hence to say- I didnt have the bottle to call

I got a dress, a bag and a tshirt for my sisters little boys birthday, £6.67 in total! The t-shirt I would have paid 5 quid for anyway - Bargain! Thanks for posting this

I emailed them asking them to change the size of one of my items, and they replied quickly and did as I asked.. However at the bottom of the email they wrote: "We can also see that you have been using a discount code for £5 off your order on a few occasions. This is strictly meant to be used as compensation when something has gone wrong with a previous order and we have no records of having issued this to you. Please note that you have not been authorised to use this code for future orders unless issued by us, or they will be removed. We kindly appreciate your understanding regarding this."

They've increased my £6.68 order to £11.68.. Not really a bargain anymore. I really wanted the items as well but thinking of cancelling now as I'm not even sure if they'll fit so it's not worth paying that much and taking the risk.
I understand their policy but surely if it's only for certain customers then they should issue unique codes, surely they can't go around sending everyone emails/phonecalls about how they're not entitled to certain codes when it's all over the internet.
