I've always paid online via BACS and never once had any problem, infact I think they've been accepting faster payments for ages so the money leaves my bank instantly and reaches them within a few hours...

The thing that REALLY annoys me is every time I want to make a payment online and you put in your card number and DOB it always says cookie error you need to allow cookies!!

EVERY other website I use (even total crap!) accepts the cookie level I have (medium-high) why on earth do I have to change my browser to accept ALL cookies before vanquis will work.

They obviously want to squeeze as much information from us as they can get.

    Vanquis are a pile of utter s h i t e !

You'll find that this will be a setting within your PC somewhere, as Vanquis do not need your browser to accept all cookies.
  • funny people on about this company, i got one of there cards to use as an emergency 250 credit, i hadnt made a payment when i did something stupid and tried to get a lone [very long story on another tread a k solutions ]they very kindly removed 79.00 the same day as there min payment was due out as all my few bills do whats left is mine to save and spend [not a lot]

I've had Vanquis for about a year and haven't had any problems - like most I needed to build up a history again following IVA completion..

I pay by BACS - despite faster payments it always takes them nearly a week to credit, but admittedly they do back date to when you sent it - presumably for interest purposes for those who pay interest (I pay in full).

I really can't complain about them at all..I've had my limit raised from the initial £500 to £1250 and not once had a transaction declined..
Never argue with an idiot. Especially not this idiot because I'm always right anyway.

Provident make house calls not Vanquis, infact Provident collect most of their repayments making house calls.

I got charged for the identity theft if you didn't ask for it get them to trace the call and get it refunded.

As regards payments I use my banks online banking it takes a while to pay this off but I always make the payment at adhic times or at least 2 weeks before the due date to avoid any problems,
