  • Is EVanquis the only way to view it online? Because it costs per month? And why should we pay to view online when it should be standard?

I closed my account ages ago but aren't you only charged if you get paper statements? I.e. if you go paperless then eVanquis is free?
  • Pay my bill in full via debit card online every month and never had any problems so far! [Been doing it for 12 months]

Also there is loads of Vanquis bashing on here however they have helped me repair my credit rating nicely and bumped my limit from £250 to £1,000

Not 100% sure as i am yet to get any paperwork. I only got card and pin and nothing more. I will check online tomorrow and see pricing.
  • I've always paid by DD from when I took the card out over 2 years ago! Easier for me as a disable person.

I set up DD but it seems as though DD isn't set up on the bank Until first payment date. Making min is needed for me as i have no way of knowing it is set up right until they try to take money. If it's not set up then atleast min is already paid.

The thing that REALLY annoys me is every time I want to make a payment online and you put in your card number and DOB it always says cookie error you need to allow cookies!!

EVERY other website I use (even total crap!) accepts the cookie level I have (medium-high) why on earth do I have to change my browser to accept ALL cookies before vanquis will work.

They obviously want to squeeze as much information from us as they can get.

    Vanquis are a pile of utter s h i t e !
I have worked at HSBC Bank in various departments both customer facing and process-related for six years. However, any advice given is my own.
