Adding a NSD here - I need to be strong until pay day (11 days!)
You get paid the same day as me. I have well overspent my budget for the first couple of weeks. I am hoping it means I'll spend hardly anything for the remainder of March!**Debt Free as of 15:55 on Friday 23rd March 2012**And I am staying that way

I need to update my sig but my month seems to have started out alright. £140.15 on stocks from Tesco. Made the mistake of sending hubby to shop on Saturday for supplies for having some friends round for dinner. Specifically asked him to go to Morrison's to get own brand bread as our local sm is especially good and the one in town is *awful* what does he come back with? Kingsmill.
Anywho we were well over budget last month, don't really know what happened, but need to get back in the groove this month so have created myself a freezer stock list (and surprised myself by just how much we have in the freezer!) and have written myself out my shopping lists for the next couple of weeks.
Was planning on getting on the bus about now to go to the sm, but the 2yo fell asleep in my lap 15 minutes ago, so I've put her to bed and will send him a very specifically worded list of can't-wait-until-tomorrows for him to pick up on his way home from work, and then get the rest tomorrow when I'm out anyway.Rule 7: If you're not changing it, you're choosing it.

hi..popped to the coop and got some more bargains however the freezer is full up now so there must be no more sneaky trips for reduced bread or rolls or muffins or cookies orcrumpets or croissants or chocolate pastries or pork chops or haddock ...for a few days at least
made cornish pasties this afternoon after being inspired by frugal queens blog...they smell nice but havent eaten one yet...cooking 4 lots of left overs for tea so using upa lot which is always helpful
take care tessonwards and upwards0 -
I had an appointment in a town that has a huge Asd@, so made my list last night and spent £24.24 on groceries (that also included some toiletries), it seemed a lot for what I came out with, although that did include a ginormous bag of pasta and a huge chunk of cheese which will last me ages. I didn't get any veggies in that lot either as it is farmers market this weekend and I will get them then (I still have plenty in from last Friday's shop.
So apart from fruit and veg, I think I have all I need now until the end of the month (fingers crossed)!31.5/1000
