Diesel prices reach eye-watering 150.9p a litre at M6 service station

    147.9, amazing. About 9p cheaper here. So a gallon is creeping up to 7£:eek: Oh we also are looking at a possible fuel tax hike.

    I do more pleasure miles a year than required miles. If I travel on business I get either 45p a mile or a Pool Car, so that's covered - I work 1.5 miles from home so that's nowt.

    Where I end up paying is taking the cars out for a 'Pleasure Run' a drive through the New Forest or drive along the Coast Road in one of the Sports Cars is fantastic - I would pay £10 a litre to do that!

    At what price point will you curtail your driving?

    I like to take the Bugatti Veyron out on nice days for a 'Pleasure Run'. The Misses takes the Pagani Zonda Clinque Roadster to get to and from work. The Lamborghini Reventon is just a spare but like Mr Ree, we usually use the Yugo for day to day use.

    :) I do not have a car, therefore my mind are quite unstressed from ever rising cost of fuel prices.
  • Obviously high petrol prices aren't going to have much of an impact for the wife going to the shops in the Mclaren mp4-12c. I am a bit concerned for myself though as I like to take the G6 for longer journeys and that tends to be quite thirsty.
