Big hugs to you and your Ds Bossymoo.

Ds2 is being so grumpy. He just had a meltdown because he couldn't find the selotape and is now having another one because his picture isn't right. It's going to be a long day.

    I did a HHC at 9.30 and i

    Sorted the rabbits
    Made beds
    Collected laundry
    S&S Bathroom
Put 1 load of washing on the line (20% chance of rain according to my phone looking a bit overcast so am keeping my fingers crossed)
    Wm x 1
    Tidied landing
    Brought cups down from upstairs

I'm going to try and get a bit of work done now.

Have made onion soup (well, onions are supposed to be good for throats) and braised cabbage (needed using up) and as the magimix is out with the shredder on I need to think of what else I can do with the remaining veg that needs dealing with before it goes off. Preferably stuff I can freeze...

Two heads of broccoli (starting to go yellow)
    Three red peppers
    Large bulb fennel
    Sprouty potatoes (quite a lot)
    Bag of carrots
    Bunch of spring onions
    Two courgettes
    Two leeks
    Four tomatoes

I have no onions left, but do have garlic, tinned toms and pulses in the cupboards, and quite a bit of stuff (including coriander... maybe I should make carrot and coriander soup as I haven't had it for years...) in the freezer, which is where whatever I cook is going to have to go...

Boiler eng has turned gas off without telling me - no AGA = no cake and no dinner. Will have to eat chocolate for the rest of the day.

    Ironing done
    DS2 bedding on the line
Work in progress on the emails

Another HH on emails next, need to get below 200 before my next break.

Sagaris sorry to hear of your family situation - I hope it's all resolved as amicably as possible.

Dragon well done, my friend; you're doing better than I am today!:D How's the Furry One these days, btw?:o

I'm back to wielding the duster-onna-stick one handed, while leaning against a handy piece of furniture - a far-too-gushy member's wife at the CAMRA meeting last night decided she was going to hug me:eek: (I don't do hugs in RL at the best of times) and has wrecked my shoulder again for me.:( What is it with some people, that they need to hug everyone in sight??:think:_pale_

Anyways, I've done the best I can with the lounge, poking in between the dragons; I'm not going to try and lift them today, as I'm bound to drop one of them. And I've done the important task - the weekly check of the smoke alarm.;)
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
