have you logged into MCOL to see if they are genuine ?
https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/welcomeExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

My husband received a genuine County Court letter (Northampton) on Saturday. I have posted on pepipoo.com but have not received any responses from the experts as yet as to how to defend this. Only advice so far is to acknowledge receipt and ask for 28 days? Do we ask for transfer to our local County Court at the same time?
Genuine advice appreciated.
Thank you in advance0 -
No that comes later once you have submitted your defence. You get an allocation questionaire in due course.
If you want to get your defence under way rather then waiting for people to pick it up then message the user alexisv on here or his user name on pepipoo is Alexis . board tends to be slower at weekends. But now u have acknowledged it u got time:)For everthing else there's mastercard.
For clampers there's Barclaycard.0
