I would edit your post asap as ukcps office manager ( a slimey character by the name of peter haswell) watches this forum Like a hawk!! He claims not to but he's sly. He has had many fake profiles on here. But that's another story

What you need to do is to send a private message to *give them fa* who can be trusted to help you.

Don't accept any posts offering help unless they have lots of post. You need to acknowledge receipt of the claim and that gives you extra time to sort the defence out. You can do it online.

Ive sent him a message also so he's aware.

I would recommend anyone getting fake papers fills them in and returns them to their local county court, they wont like that !

I met my friend for Christmas lunch. We had lunch in the Bears Paw in Frodsham. I have been there many times. I parked the car in there car park. When I came out I had a ticket. I did not do anything about it. I recived a letter saying I had to pay. I told them I was a pensioner. I had never had a ticket there before.
The people I had to pay is Local Parking Security LTD
Barclays Bank Chambers. Stratford Upon Avon.
The claimants Claim is for charges arising out of the failure to comply with the claimants terms conditions of parking and the claimaint claim for the sum of £73.00.
Now I have a to pay courts fees of £15 Solicitors costs £50. Total £143.
Can anyone explain what I should do about this?:o

It means the landowner can only sue for genuine losses.

    1. Have you received actual court papers?
    2. Is the car park free to park or do you need to pay?
    3. What does the parking company claim you've done wrong? (e.g. not bought a ticket? Overstayed longer than the limit to park? Failed to display a permit?).
