Thats why it was suggested to fill them in and send to court, it should get them a right royal rollicking.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Send them in to your local court?
I just got mine this morning from Civil Enforcement Limited 2 months after their "Final Reminder Before Legal Action" and don't worry....I know its a scam. I enjoy playing with these halfwits.:rotfl:0 -
As long as they make it clear that the papers are draft then they're not doing a lot wrong. However if they give the clear impression that the papers are genuine when clearly they're not, THEN they are potentially in trouble.
They always try to leave wriggle room if they do resort to this tactic.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
No this is an n1 claim form which says nothing about it being draft. Its just bare-faced confidence trickery!0

I know its very very remote, but it hasn't got a laser printed court stamp on it has it?
Remember online claims from Northampton come with a printed seal not a stamped one!
Or is it accompanied with a letter saying this is what we may send?
If they have sent a completed N1 I would fill it in and send it back to the court!0 -
Its more or less this one: ............woops! I cant post links:mad:

Look at posts 1 and 2 in this thread. Do the papers have a court stamp and claim number on, or are they blank ?**** I hereby relieve MSE of all legal responsibility for my post and assume personal responsible for all posts. If any Parking Pirates have a problem with my post then contact me for my solicitors address.*****0 -
