Well the easter holidays have flown by and I will be a little saddened on Monday when my darling little Hinges go back to school :rotfl::rotfl:
This school holidays has consisted of lots of "budget" days out:
2 trips to the local park with free rage deers roaming round, blue badge parking and way too cold for ice cream meant the days cost me £3 in petrol and 19p in YS bread for the ducks :T
2 trips with the local Autism group 1) to the local Zoo @ £10 and 2) local science center with cinema viewing of Frozen @ £5 both times we took picnic lunches and plenty of drinks
Tesco day out vouchers saw us travel to Dudley to the BCM and what a fabulous day we had :T the no cost entry meant we ate olden day style fish and chips out of newspaper and rode on old buses all dayHappy Superman, Master hinge and Miss Hinge means a happy Me :rotfl:
A not so happy Superman went to the barbers.... this is a more expensive day out by the time I have bribed him with mc D's and a trip to the local comic/super hero shop  by word that boy knows how to hustle me :rotfl:
Good news came in the post on Thursday to say master hinge is entitled to 15hours free 2 year funding as our local council are bringing the change in criteria forwards to next month so from Next week Master Hinge will go to preschool 3 days not 2 and our childcare bill will go down to just £13 a week not £50+
obviously our tax credits will reduce but we will still be £40 a month better off :T
My car has been back to the car doctors to have new brakes.... back shoes fell off  and a new part which seems to of solved all the problems of the scary cutting out  all for the pricey sum of £140...... much less then the £900 previously quoted to solve the mystery problem
Today I am working from home......... "ring ring" "ring ring!" but the extra £200 will pay for our spending money when we go seaside camping in July :T
Mr H and Missy H are at Geek club today and the boys are having a good splash in the bath ( free swimming :money:) whilst I sit on the landing getting a numb behind typing this for you!
Food this week looks like:
Sat: chicken stirfry
Sun: roast chicken dinner
Mon:Sausage and mash maybe Y. puds
Tues: Chillie rice
Wed: chicken curry hm naan
Thurs: hm pizza, wedges
Fri: who knows!
today I am batch cooking a pan of bol sauce for pack ups and lunches, a beef stew currently in the ovenand GF cakes, cookies and bread dough for the freezer
camper van stands at £26 in £2 coins
20p pot is £36.60
I'm upto date with all my saving pots online and working in cash really seems to be working
Mr Hinge and I are very amicable although living with someone's bad habits that are getting worse not improving and the days are ticking down until they move out is actually quite therapeutic!
DMP stands at £19942..... Less then 20k :j:j:j:j:j:j

"Ring, ring!" "Ring, ring!"..... thinking of the money............
So on this sunny Saturday afternoon when I am stuck in working from home I am doing some debt mathematics :rotfl:and I have paid of 17.3% of my overall debt and currently making monthly payments of around 1% of my starting debt.
I have templates written for 2 of my creditors offering full and final settlements of 25% total balance....:p cheeky I know but hey they can either take it or wait another 7.5years! :rotfl:
These 2 debts are owned by the same DCA and were passed on by H$BC..... does that matter?! ..... and do I send them to H$BC or to the DCA working for them?!Living in a superhero induced haze :A:A
