I have had 3 good nights with the king he has woken early in the morning but not in the middle of the night :j ........reckon I have jinxed it now!
I have in the garage a walking treadmill, a manual one!!!!!! Wonder if that will sell :rotfl:0 -
I am thank you! I have mostly been absent because school holidays keep me busy/exhausted/stressed, and we went away for a short break in York while the kids were with their dad, being measured up for outfits for his upcoming nuptials.
Genuinely, I hope they will be very happy. Dear me he's hard work though! :rotfl:
I have a box of month-end 'stuff' too, that I try to keep hidden, but it always ends up empty by mid month! :wall:
Ahh, first day back at school. I see your  and raise you an   .

 Good point!Unfortunately OHs DD2 gives us bedding every morning
Although we get a 'break' 2 mornings a week when the girls stay at their nans. Means we can get a load of clothes done instead!! But also having 3 teenage girls means there's always heaps of towels from showers/washing hair etc!!
How are you HaW? Working hard today?

Where did you stay?
The Fulford area, in a B&B called Pinfold Cottage, which is fantastic. The couple who run it are lovely, the place is pretty and super clean, the breakfast was delicious and the price wasn't bad! Actually, we booked through Laterooms, so I don't know what their standard prices are like.
We went for a meal at Filmore & Union, near the minster, which was sooo nice (I didn't pay, woo!), and also some pub food at The Plough, which is near the B&B. Much wine was drunk and much fun was had.I'm a Money and Debt Adviser for a homelessness and housing charity in Scotland. Sounds lovely Snaggles I do miss York, will have to pop "home" one day soon:o
So I have been alittle AWOL the last day or so..... I have had a stonking migraine and looking at a computer would not of helped. The Dr thinks it maybe related to my car accident and is the last of the whiplash coming out. Car has been collected and should hopefully be back next week  I would hate to think how long they would keep it for it has extensive damage :rotfl:
So the big shop could not wait any longer, the cupboards and freezer where bare! Even I can't be overly inventive with fresh air and ice :rotfl::rotfl: oh the savings that would bring!
So big shop at Mr T's tonight used a £5 of £40 my friend didn't need :j:j and spent a eye watering £150.45 that covers 21 breakfasts and evening meals, and the majority of the pack up bits, would need fresh fruit and yoghurt, bread and milk during the month and maybe some more cat food. Have a huge Slow cooker and it is going to be used to a inch of it's life this month :rotfl: No Dolmio for Mr Hinge and I'm not listening to his excusesBargins galore tonight meat and veg wise, I have picked up 750gm of diced beef for £3.50 4 skinless chicken thighs £1.45 4 packs of chopped stew veg at 45p each and 5kg of carrots for the pricely sum of £1.50 :T:T:T top that off with 2kg of lean steak mince for £7 I have the bases of my meal plan for the next 3 weeks
Plan:
Beef stew already in the slow cooker with 2 bags of the diced veg, handful of mushrooms and 3 huge carrots sliced should easily make 3-4 meals for use all with left over "meaty gravy" for baby Hinges veg dinners
Chicken casserole with the chicken thighs and 2 packs of veg will add extra onions, carrots and some diced potatoes and freezer for later in the month- 2 meals for all off us
2kg will be split between chillie, bolagnaise/lasagne and a cottage pie and should make 7 meals in total for all of us
I have kidney beans, baked beans, onions and peppers to stretch the chillie
Mushrooms, onions, grated carrot, plenty of chopped tomatoes for the bolagnaise/lasagne
Mushrooms, onions, mixed veg and chopped tomatoes for the cottage pie
Hm trifle pots will stay on the list for lunches as a firm favourite along with fairy cakes, yoghurts and hm cookies. Have refilled the stash box for later in the month in the hope to stretch the crisps/chocolate bars/gf snacks alittle further!!!! I am sure carrot sticks will feature heavily as break time snacks :rotfl:

Mrs Hinge you are so organised, I am always impressed:beer:
The King is starting to get stressed and he only started school this week
Lots of activities to reduce the stress, already been to softplay and park today. Trampoline session and swimming tomorrow...go me! How is Superman?0 -

Hugs to the King:( it is hard when they are stressed
Superman:A is so stressed and has become very solitary this weekhe doesn't want to interact with anyone. He has been doing hundeds of laps of the living room every evening and spends hours bouncing on his trampoline even in the rain. He is barely sleeping but he is still eating, I think this weekend will be most welcome break for him and I hope he will open up alittle more.
Organised? :rotfl:I [STRIKE]hate[/STRIKE]organised but Superman thrives on it so I am trying to learn!
