3.5lbs off at chub club this week only a gazillion to go :rotfl:

Trip to Asda today for some food, it's a big store with lots of toys, houseware, clothes etc...... £114 later :o I have a freezer full of meat, a full store cupboard, enough posh toilet roll to keep Mr H happy and cupboard full of plastic food tubs and 3 thermal drink flasks... £3.50 each so half price:money: and perfect for the little hinges to take their hot chocolates to bed/on the school run/in the car. oh and some new foundation as mine has well and truely run out! trying a new one for £6 instead of my usual posh £30+ ago:eek:

The hinge cat cost me £47 at the vet yesterday  poor thing has had a running with the street bully and has come of worst  He is currently on house arrest and is voicing his objections regardless of how many times I tell him to Shhhhhhh!

Superman had a playdate At his new school friend :A I tagged along and he did amazingly well...... next time he's going it alone :)

All in all a busy day but not very productive, I ought to be sat knitting but I can't concentrate, The upstairs bath and my lovely bubble bar are calling me :rotfl:

I'm chilling with a cuppa whilst the Roast chicken is cooking for Dinner and the little Hinges are playing on the PS4, Superman is obviously fighting some one as all I can see if him mimicking the movements of his character..... hands and feet flying everywhere :rotfl:

Money looking good aiming for £300 over payment on the debts this month..... we will get there as long as I stay away from Asda :o and stay firm against superman's pleas for more skylanders

Have converted my eon rewards in to Tesco points ready to save for the summer holiday adventures. :T and continue to sling all our change in the chrimbo savings pot that the kids lovingly taped up and decorated making it impossible to open :rotfl:

Plodding on nicely in the house of Hinge!

Roast chicken sounds yummy, HM ready meal of roast pork frozen from the delish pork leg I bought for Christmas lunch here:D

2016 is good so far, OH and I have been here 4 years, both retired, and managed not to kill each other yet, seriously retirement is much better than I had anticipated, having never not worked full time.

I am determined that 2016 will be the year of overcoming my anaemia conditions and getting control over joint pain and trying to get some semblance of my old life back:D When I read of how the gorgeous Missy H pushes through everything I am humbled.

Mr MM has just completed the plans for our extended holiday touring from middle of country to the south and back again in our caravan, so lots to look forward to. I am indeed one very lucky human bean.

    Take care.

I did wrote a reply to this ages ago but it seems to of gone with to the forum black hole

Hm ready meals are the best :D I have a freezer full of little tubs of main meals that just need rice/past/mash/chips throwing on to make it complete :o good for my "I'm to tired to function" days

Joint pain is miserable for anyone, there is no escaping it as moving/sitting/standing still hurts! I hope the cold weather isn't troubling you too much. Missy Hinge struggles this time of year although seems in good spirits at the moment. We just need this big toe and knee to stop popping out with every slight movement as we are getting through so much KT tape we must own shares by now :rotfl:

We love Camping too although in our case it is a tent! We haven't booked yet this year but think we will stick to the odd long weekend away in the school holidays, Superman struggles if we are away more then 3-4days plus the animal boarding bills are almost as much if not more as our camp site  Your extended caravan tour sounds amazing and no less than what you deserve :D

Forgive me Ive been neglecting you all!

Life is very busy in the House of Hinge but calm none-the-less.

Supermans school review showed us just how amazing he is doing and how much progress he has made, his Salt team are trialing a new technique on him and it is showing fantastic results! Missy H's parents evening told us that she is a clever cloggs and is top of her year in most subjects. She has been student of the week 8 times since september and is the top house points scorer for the 3rd month running :D Her tutor described her as a talented, caring and beautiful young lady with courage well above her age :jMaster H is also doing brilliantly, he is school ready and like a sponge taking everything in...... He is also the most stubborn child his keyworker has every worked with :rotfl:

Moneywise we are plodding on, Car Mot and service proved expensive £450  on top of the £70 we spent on parts at the salvage yard as Mr H and I fixed a good number of problems ourselves in the weeks before...... we were like the chuckle brothers :rotfl:

Half term next week for us, Superman wanted a "plan" of what we are doing so we sat down at teatime and made a timetable..... you would think I should be used to routines and rotas by now but it made me  and abit :( Ive always been a fly by the seat of my pants kinda gal and now a spontaneous trip to the shop is considered an adventure :o

one of Mr H's 0% deals is coming to an end in May so we are whittling away at that in the hope to have it cleared. sent some extras this month as £56 saved from no car insurance or council tax this month....and the same next month.

    In other news....

I have lost 1stone since new years eve!

I have half of master H's birthday pressies bought :o for september :rotfl: and I bought 2 of Missy H's for July :rotfl: all too cheap/reduced to pass up!

    How is everyone else?
