I freeze mine with the skin on, but I know some who peel and freeze, I use mine in banana bread - defrost just before use, their a big mushy but fine.
Apparently they are also lovely just eating them frozen like ice creamAs a dear MSE friend says “keep plodding” or

This morning we have has GF Banana pancakes for breakfast......
3 large ripe bananas
4 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
beat eggs in one bowl, in another mash everything else with a fork, combine both bowls and cook on a low heat in a oiled pan with 2 tablespoons of batter.
makes 8 small pancakes, similar recipes suggest this feeds 2 but I had 3 pancakes and I am stuffed!
3 bananas down a whole load more to go :rotfl:Living in a superhero induced haze :A:A

I had the same thing this morning but with sweetner rather than the vanilla extract. I topped mine with strawberries and blackberries and then drizzled a banana and custard flavour yogurt over the whole lot. Delicious! XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

The official line is yes because it's a tweak. However, as I only use one banana in my pancake which I could comfortably eat whole anyway, then I don't syn them.
The orange juice analogy shows it best;
It takes 6 or 7 oranges to make one small glass of fresh orange.
No one would sit and eat that many oranges one after another, however if they did they would feel full, because all the chewing sends messages to your brain that you have eaten, and also because the body of the orange is consumed too.
Juice doesn't contain the body of the orange and it doesn't fill you up, it is 'empty calories'.
The same goes for things like stewed apples.
However, as I said, I personally don't see the difference between eating one whole banana or turning it into a pancake and then eating it. You don't discard any of it and you still have to chew to eat it.
But you should make your own decision. If you are doing the plan 100% and not losing weight then it could be the pancakes. For me, if I'm not losing weight, it's the chocolateXx

Lmao at Lucky. For me it is definitely the chocolate. And the half a pack of dead fly biscuits. And the giant piece of chocolate cake. And half a yorkie I found in my bedside table. And... the list carries on. Still waste not want not. I am writing my Xmas food shop list now whilst I still have in my mind all the stuff I struggled to find a home for, or eat before it went off
might save myself about £60 next year
Mrs H - rubbish news about the house. I still have my fingers crossed though hun!!
As for the physio... My new Consultant at the hospital who deals in excessive pain and the management of it through whatever means WORKS.... told me not to undertake any physio until I was not in pain. Whilst in pain, physio does not work. And I agree with him. I couldn't effectively do the rigorous strengthening and testing routine my physio gave me. Nor could I even do the most basic exercises. Nor could I even do the tension exercises which were her last resort. She ended up shrugging and saying "I can't help you". And it is true. Until my pain is under control, nothing she tried would help. Leaves Missy H in a tricky position...
Hugs all round! xx
