Yes, I work for the School Library Service. We are trying to be optimistic, but several other counties have closed down their services. Looking forward to new grandchild, but as you say, expensive.

  • Hiya all. Not a lot to update. Plodding along with my MSE plans.

Amsterdam was Fab BUT over spent by £75 on my spending money, very expensive on the ferry. I nearly had a hear attack :eek::eek:£14.50 for 2 wine and soda's:eek::eek::eek:. To say I was gutted was an under under statement.

All else going to plan. Saving where I can.

Hi MWNM. My sympathies about the birthdays - March and May are my heavy times. My sister is next but not until mid October so have breathing space. Feeling low this week - my daughter in law had a miscarriage last weekend. She was 11 weeks pregnant with her second child. Off for 5 day coach holiday week after next. Will try to keep spending to a minimum!

Adrisco, I hope you have better luck, with you holiday budget than I did . I went well over. I have PM you too x

Well not a lot to report. I have gotten out my sewing machine again and made myself a top. Also listed a few things on ebay.

Have some bits to pick up today MUST keep to my list. Also downloaded a app onto my phone. Its a meal planner, shopping list and cupboard/freezer contents tracker. So hope to be getting the hang of that over the next week.

Update on DH, he is doing well with the petrol money ?. Well he has not asked for anymore and the car is running lol. Have to see what else he can assist with. Would be nice to hand everything over to him.

    :)

Hi there I haven't read the whole thread, but how about having a monthly meeting with OH so that you can bring up to date with what has gone out, what is owed and what needs to be paid the coming month. That way he can have some input..
