If we are fools and you are so sure we won’t find what we are looking for why are you getting so stressed and upset about it? Leave us to be our own fools, sit back and enjoy. Thanks for spotting our spelling mistakes; we call them typos
(Our last post)
You're confusing the word "attacking" with "advising"
1. There are spelling mistakes, typos and other errors in your ad. You have used the word "council" instead of "counsel" amongst other things.
2. Your "terms and conditions" are unrealistic.
3. The rent you are offering is far too low for the property you want. A potential landlord won't waste their time contacting you. If you had put something like "£2,000 pcm absolute maximum for the right property", you could negotiate down from that figure.
We're only trying to help you get what you want, but if £1,000 pcm is all you can afford. I think you will struggle. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
This is what you can reasonably afford on your budget:

Farm tenancies are usually very long term, and people renting out land will want to know that it will be managed well, not experimented-on by some untested newbies.
There's certainly no money in a few acres. Don't I just know it!
Nevertheless, I find their list of personal expertise strangely familiar:- event manager - sure, the hens reckon it's quite an 'event' when I let 'em out in the morning, especially if the coc kerel (swear filter!) is on form!:rotfl:
- coordinator - yup my parsnips co-ordinate very well with the subtle claret shades of my beetroot.
- travel advisor - all the time! I stand at the gate and tell people "If I were goin' there, I wouldn't start from yer!"
- translator - Oh arr. I knows my bizen't from my bain't.:A
- app developer - I must admit, don't know me apps from me elbow, but me phone's got no signal yer, anyroad.:(
- software engineer - to be honest, I'm more of a 'soft swear' engineer, but I can write a few programs. 'Farming Today' is one where I'm always putting 'em right.

You never know? I often wondered how I would rent my house out if we went overseas again for a while. With a large propertry and some land or gardens, you would not want to return and find it a complete jungle. So it might pay to have the 'right' people in as tennants and not make a bundle in rent...
With land, you would rent it to a neighbouring farmer who would have the experience, equipment and skills to maintain it. Their local reputation is your guarantee.0
