  • My daughter and son in law live in Dorset and pay £600 for a 1st floor 2 bed flat, so where ever the 5 bed house is for £750 they would like to move there because going on that price for such a big house a 2 bed flat would be around £300 a month or so!

Theres NO WAY anyone would get a 5 bed farm house with acres of land for £1000 per month, unless if was rented to them by friends or family, plus I doubt any LL would entertain a tenant who dictates terms and conditions, its up to the LL to do that, its his/her property after all and if a prospective tenant doesnt like the Ts & Cs then dont take the property, simple.
not all on benefits are scroungers and don't need to be bullied!
  • Hey, hey stop there guys. Why are you attacking us? If we are fools and you are so sure we won’t find what we are looking for why are you getting so stressed and upset about it? Leave us to be our own fools, sit back and enjoy. Thanks for spotting our spelling mistakes; we call them typos :)

Don't take it personally, there are a few nasty people on here who will attack anyone, but most of us are decent and wish you the best of luck in your search.
  • I only pointed out the spelling mistakes to help... hope it wasn't taken up as being nasty!

I totally agree that no one should be unpleasant to you, just because people express an opinion that you may not want to know does not make it unpleasant. I think many people have helped make your website more user friendly, it has now been proof read for you!

You have posted a website open to the public and posted a link to it on an advertising site so the thoughts expressed here will simply be a snapshot of the opinions of those who read your websit.

However that one special landlord you are looking for may have seen your link here!

As I have said before I wish you luck, I think you will need it but I hope you get there.

You never know? I often wondered how I would rent my house out if we went overseas again for a while. With a large propertry and some land or gardens, you would not want to return and find it a complete jungle. So it might pay to have the 'right' people in as tennants and not make a bundle in rent...
NO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!

How is the rent going to be paid for? Don't see any mention of employment. Is this a 'DSS Wanted' advert with knobs on?
