    Couple of months back i cancelled, did the whole ...waiting for retentions to call me back and offer me the earth, got what i thought was a very good deal.

    I was prepared to walk away from virgin...but i guess i will see what happens:p

    Virgin media certainly make their staff work for their money dont they:rotfl:
