For what reason did she take out three contracts, and how "recently" was this? How are the bills "over priced"?0

Rosie - I see you are a new member.
This frum can be either helpful or it can be harsh. Generally, if you give chapter and verse, don't blame the networks if the problem lies elsewhere, then you will get decent advice.
So, why not spell out what has happened, what the contracts are for, what happened to the handsets, give some dates etc and I am sure you will get some decent advice.
It may be that it's all down to Gran and the networks may be blameless, but there are always ways of seeing what can be done.
Grumbler:- think you may have been a little hard on a newbie this time who may not have the experience of putting their case to a forum.0 -
Well, I accept 'a little'. Not a big deal really.
I could be wrong, but I just imagined a schoolgirl that induced her grandma to take a contract for her...0 -
Apologies if I'm wrong but it sounds to me like poor old 'Nan' took out 3 contacts for her grandchildren and they have been ringing up some hefty bills!0

for one i am not a school girl and 2 i work full time
I dont have a bad attitude i am just upset that my nan has to pay stupid prices that arnt explained to her
Guys dad:
thanks, ye i didnt write much info as dont have much time to type in work, but let me start again...... my nan has 3 contracts out with vodafone, it may be our fault that they are over priced, i need to check the bills, but i am wondering if there is any kind of discount or if any one has had a refund with the same issue as there are 3 contracts in my nans name and wasnt informed at any time about these "extra charges" and when she asked if she could have bills sent to her address the ladie said it was only avalible to see online
we took the contract out before christmas as a christmas present for my self, aunt and cousin
(i presume ive without even calling vodafine but just seeing if any one has had the same issue and where they got?)
thanks

If you were not explained why did you 'took' the contracts then?
You started again, but didn't make it any clearer what 'issue' you are talking about.
I see that you don't have problems with accessing internet. If you (your nun) wish, you can pay extra 3*£1.54 p.m. for paper bills.
Your nun is very generous. I hope it was not 2-year contracts.
Told you I'd be watching out, Grumbler
Now I know that the Church can be very generous at times, but even they don't empower the Holy Sisters to underwrite mobile contracts, as yet.
On the other hand, perhaps when the contracts were taken out they were Holy Orders !! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
The young lady wrote asking for advice/help. I admit she did not explain the problem well at all but for heavens sake, don't be so agressive and unpleasant. If you can help, fine. If you can't, shut up!
Rosie, perhaps if you explain in detail why you consider the bills are 'overpriced' perhaps some nice poster will be willing to help you.0
