    No, don't give up Rosie.

Just spell out a bit more what the problem is. At present there isn't enough info to help you.

Start off with what the basic contracts are (number of minutes/texts/data and how much per month they cost).

Then give us the breakdown of the last month's charges so we can look at where the costs are going.

For example, if the contracts don't have internet included and you have smartphones, then that might explain it.

If you give us enough to work on, then we may be able to help.

If your going over the minutes they upgrade the tariff, when the contracts were taken it would of said what was included. Cant you go online and see the bills or even use the internet on the phone.
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Rosie you still haven't explained what the problem actually is in any detail. People can't help without that. Help people to help you.

Hmm - post no. 7 is enough to conclude the OP's nan has 3 contracts in her name which go above the minutes/texts allowed per month and ending up with extra cost. And the bills are only available online.

Well suggest OP gets her nan to work out where the extra cost is coming from by looking at the online bills. And if its obvious that its minutes or texts, then get the tariff changed (upgraded to something more suitable but costing far less than £500 a month).

Or just pick up the phone, ring 191 and ask where the extra cost is coming from and what can be done to reduce it.

I dont have a bad attitude i am just upset that my nan has to pay stupid prices that arnt explained to her

    Guys dad:
thanks, ye i didnt write much info as dont have much time to type in work, but let me start again...... my nan has 3 contracts out with vodafone, it may be our fault that they are over priced, i need to check the bills, but i am wondering if there is any kind of discount or if any one has had a refund with the same issue as there are 3 contracts in my nans name and wasnt informed at any time about these "extra charges" and when she asked if she could have bills sent to her address the ladie said it was only avalible to see online

we took the contract out before christmas as a christmas present for my self, aunt and cousin

(i presume ive without even calling vodafine but just seeing if any one has had the same issue and where they got?)

    thanks

    Rosie

roeroe, this first thing you need to understand is that loads of people come on here complaining or trying to get out of mobile phone contracts/bills that they took out and can no longer afford/dont want to pay for various reasons.

In order for members to assist you you need to provide more information. In this case your post would be a lot better if is said something like:

My nan has 3 VF contracts, 1 is £40pm for x minutes etc, 1 is £45pm for y minutes and z mb internet and 1 is £50pm for w minutes, t texts and x mb of internet but she is having to pay over £500pm. The £40 is always £130, the £45 is £170 and the £50 is £200.

That plus details of what the extra charges are for would be ideal.

As to seeing her bills, you can access them online for her and print them off.
