Cant afford fine.
Hi il start from the beginning so you have all the details.
On the 14th feb i went with my mum and daughter (7) to take our dog a walk at the local country park. The car park is a pay and display, my daughter always like to get the ticket so she went to get the ticket whilst i was sorting the dog out. I told her to put it were we normally put them on the dash board.
We were gone for about 90 mins and came back to find a park notice stuck on the window screen, on checking the ticket o found my daughter had accidentally put it in face down so you couldn't see the details :-(
I decided to try and challenge the ticket as we had bought it and it was a simple mistake, i got a reply back today to say that don't accept my challenge and i still have to pay the fine :-(
So if i pay within 14days the fine is £25, after the 14 days it goes up to £50.
My problem is i don't get paid for another 3 weeks, so in that time the fine will be £50, iv tried to fugue out if i can scrat £25 together and i really cant. And when its gone up to £50 that's going to leave my with a big chunk of my budget money gone for next month.
does anyone know if you can arrange to pay these kind of fines on a monthly basis paying a smaller amount every month?

Before you go any further, who issued the ticket? Was it a council or a private parking company? Advice differs for each.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

If you have trouble finding who gave you the ticket , just get the ticket and post up a quote of the section that says, "send payment to ..................................................................."
The details from that bit will do.
This is VERY IMPORTANT !

You can't afford £25 but you can afford to drive to the local park to walk your dog?0

Right I trust you still have the parking receipt/ label from the machine ?
If so Can I have the contravention code on the Parking penalty notice
the observed time and the issue time, they will be two separate times and also the act the ticket claims to have been served under, such as traffic management act 2004.

I had to send the actual ticket itself with my challenge form. I thought they may have returned it with the rejection letter but they didnt.
I do still have all of the form that was stuck on my windowscreen. The details on this say:
Code 83
Observed from 13.39 to 13.53
Issue time 13.53
At the top it says The traffice management act 2004, S78;Civil Enforcement of parking contraventions0
