You certainly deserve it Alfie!
Dh and I agreed no valentines, but he did send me some of my favorite iron supplement but arrived today, so he feels it's spoiled his surprise. I think iron pills are a very sweet and funny valentines gift, but I recognise not all women would feel the same.0 -
Hi all - can't keep up at all at all.
Pouring down here after two beautifully dry but bitterly cold days. Things were starting to gradually dry out a little & now back to bog. Poor sheep.
I keep moving their troughs as they plough up around them.
I listed that red long tailed jacket if anyone is interested to look & try & work out what it was worn for............
Tomorrow will be 3 years since I stopped smoking - can't believe it & can't believe I seem even skinter now that then. I don't know how I afforded it for 30 odd years! That's shocked me now....Suddenly feel very old indeed.0 -

Trust me, not as old as you'd feel if you hadn't stopped.
It's over 24 years since I had my last puff, though I'd cut down considerably before that. Being tied to a heart monitor for a few days gave me the little extra push I needed. :rotfl:
There was nothing wrong with me, other than my behaviour.:o
Warmer tonight, thank goodness. Basking in 8.5C now....:j0 -

Rain, rain and more rain
Love from,
Sleepless in a Caravan xx0 -
Went to sleep late too, probably due to being hyped-up at the rehearsals. It was lashing down here too, but that doesn't bother me as a rule.
This morning it seems.....well, not dry, but certainly not as wet as I was expecting.
Now, according to most forecasts, we have quite a spell of dry ahead of us.....and no frost.:j:j0 -
I didn't hear any rain last night, but there musty have been some, round the veg garden we are almost underwater.
But this morning is bEaUTIFUL.
I have thrown windows open, stripped mostly opf the horses naked and started washes, to hang on the line......my god, it's amazing to be able to hang washing out opn the line for a few days!0 -

CTC, I'm fine, just very busy atm with a surge of sales and we've got a gathering of the clans over next few days and getting ready for that as well.
Will pm you later I hope but a trip over is looking unlikely atm.
Lashed down last night, local sink hole has a small lake filling it :rotfl:0
