Update on the hair shaving is now £400. Such kindness all around.

Latest update is that doctor thinks that SIL maybe responding to chemo. I don't feel excited about this as he has only had 2 weeks of chemo and it is way too soon to say this is it. For the moment my daughter is enjoying that he isn't sleeping 24 7. He is still a very sick man with a long long way to go.

Baby steps Sethsgran You've done so very well with the fund raising etc and it's given you something to concentrate on! I understand you will be frightened but it must be so much better for Rachel and the boys to have a peek at the real James again:)

He had an alert(ish) day yesterday which was lovely for the children. He even managed albeit very simple short burst to involve himself in a simple game of catch. this lasted a short while but their 4yr old was so excited that daddy played with him

I am totally overwhelmed by the love and best wishes that our family are receiving at this time. Thank you everyone. Several times a day i fill up with tears of gratitude for the way people are reaching out to help. They are a lovely little family and they certainly deserve all the good wishes. So many of you will probably never meet any of us but your kind words lift my soul to help me keep cheerful. Once again Thank you thank you. x
