I changed to tesco broadband from plusnet, had a few problems with the connection dropping but there customer service was good and sorted the problem quickly. The speed is same as i was getting with plusnet 6-7 downspeed and 0.80 ish up.

I got 5000 clubcard points for swopping and £35.00 cashback, So dont forget quidco if u decide to swop.

How did you get the 5000 cc points for swapping, please? Was it a specific offer?

For anyone who has signed up to the Tesco broadband service are you on the LLU or non-LLU version (the later for those exchanges not enabled for the C&W LLU service).

I am assuming the throughput on the non-LLU service is likely to be poorer as it still relies on the BT network from the exchange back to the ISP. It would be interesting to hear from users on each connection type to hear how happy or not they are with the performance and reliability etc.
