People looking to remortgage are increasingly finding their options limited. As rates have moved discernably upwards in past 3 months while underwriting criteria continues to tighten. Also some lenders have yet to implement planned rate increases i.e. BOI.0 -

You don't understand trends.
Fortunately I do. Housing is a long term investment with an applicable long term trend. It takes out the noise and volatility. A clear picture is formed and it highlights the market influence we have seen since the end of the healthy market. Unless these alleviate then the market will continue its suppressed state and it is vulnerable to further deteriation in the environment.0 -
