How many competitions do you enter?

I only started about a month ago, some days none, some day maybe 20 max. Probably averaged 5 a day. I also tend to avoid the "gleam, rafflecopter etc" ones and pick and chose what I enter, basically higher value or stuff I would use. No dis-respect and everyone is different but spending hours a day, entering hundreds? To win a pair of socks, bag of crisps? Good Grief.

PS since I started I have had two wins...Drive-in movie experience with 4* hotel stay, fuel paid,goody bag etc (£400 worth maybe?) and Sky Q Silver Package (£2000 worth) beginners luck I guess.

I've recorded 71 competition entries since I started 15 days ago, but I've entered a few more as some competition entries have then led onto others and I didn't record those, just the original one..


I haven't had a win yet....

I aim to enter 100 a day but it does not always happen. Yesterday I only entered 35 as we had taken our children to the coast for the day and I was knackered when I got home. Do what you can manage but don't let it take over your life. Treat it as a hobby in your spare time . I win between 5-10 prizes a month so far though nothing yet in June:(

Counting always seemed a chore to me. I spend a lot of time on main board putting crosses on comps I don't want to enter in the end there don't seem to be that many ticks but I have won a few things most months and I don't do Twitter or Facebook.

I think it's better to enter and forget.

I enter and forget - on a "Good" comping month I average about 700-1000, but I don't do dailies or anything that requires sharing, and I only ever enter competitions that I know I want, or that I could gift to family or friends, I don't enter everything just for the hell of it.

I am a fairly sporadic comper anyway, i'll do it religiously for a few months then have a break, I started properly again at the end of May after nearly a year break and already won tickets to see Massive Attack in Hyde park and £100 Tesco vouchers (both within the space of a week)! I do it as a hobby and try not to get complacent, if I don't comp for a few days I don't mind too much - can always catch up again - I've won VIP tickets to see Taylor Swift , 4 tickets to the Harry Potter studios, various other vouchers and perfumes etc, obviously there can be long dry spells but comping has given me the chance to have some amazing experiences that i'd never have had without it! It's worth the hours in my opinion - Holding out for a Holiday!

Hi all

I'm new to this board and wanted to ask how many competitions you all roughly enter? For the last two weeks i have really enjoyed entering competitions, I think I have found my new hobby! I'm looking forward to my first win and would love nothing more than to increase my chances of winning!

I usually enter around 50-100 a day depending on how much spare time I have.

I do approx 2000 a month, some days I don't get a chance to even open my computer other days I can do 100-200.
