I enter roughly 200-250 a day

I try and enter between 100-200 a day. Sometimes more.
So I'm entering loads but not winning!! Only had 1 small win but only been comping about 6 weeks.

I was just wondering that myself, more out of curiosity on an average on how many comps everyone entered, I thought somebody must have asked this and I was right!

I think I enter around 50 a day and consider this to be a small amount, I don't win that much to be honest

I only enter things I really want food I'm not fussed about unless it's snack stuff and one big thing I avoid is Apple products, I just don't like them, I reckon they must make up a fifth or a quarter of all prizes offered.

Knowing that there are a lot of others entering many more than I do makes me more nonchalant about not winning, I had a very lucky January and I'm only entering them to keep my brain entertained as I've been off work for months with a very painful benign kidney tumour I really don't feel like doing anything, I just can't concentrate so entering is easy and if I win it's a nice little buzz in my life. I'm usually on auto-pilot on pain relief medication! :rotfl:

I've never counted how many I enter, but I spend an hour or 2 every single day. Maybe longer if I know I can't get on the next day.
I work full time and have 2 little kids, so I just get on the laptop once they are in bed. I've found that sorting by end date works for me, but I go a few days forward as some finish early and I always re-check the current day as some only last a few hours.
I've also started doing dailies this year, but I only ever have about 5 on at one time as I don't have enough time to do them all.

Hi, I was wondering how many hours a day/week we all spend entering comps? And whether you work or not (as obviously those who work may only have time to comp during the evenings?

I am not currently working due to ill health, and I know I spend more time comping during week days than at weekends because my kids are off school. I am going to try and work my hours out.............

I am thinking up to 4/5 hours a day during the week and maybe 2/3 on weekend days!

I work full time so a couple of hours a day at most - and even then I am really aware of all the other things I could/should be doing - you don't want to see my ironing pile! :eek:
