How many competitions do you enter?

Hello and welcome! I don't know of any way to keep a count on the forum. I got curious and kept a tally every day for a week once (just a scoresheet on a piece of paper), breaking it down into website, facebook, twitter, rafflecopter. Found out that I enter over a thousand a week. Then threw away my bits of paper and got on with entering more ;-)
Its handy to know what you've entered (being able to search for a comp and see the 'thanks' and green tick, because if you have a win you can find out the details. But other than that I don't keep records of what I enter, just what I win. I know I'm still entering hundreds because I know how much time I spend on it.

I put a cross on a piece of paper every time i enter one then tally up and add to my spreadsheet every day or two days.

Spreadsheet set up once and then copied for year to year
formulas set up at the end of columns so it automatically updates so all i do is put nos entered in and any prizes won.

I use tab counter a firefox add on https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/tab-counter/

very simple, it sits below my red close page cross and tells me how many tabs open, and then I can see roughly how many I am entering.

I just keep a tally as I go and then add them all up when I'm finished for the day. It's important to me to know how many I'm entering because I only enter for stuff I really want so it's far less than some compers. If I didn't count I would really overestimate how many I'd entered and then wonder why I wasn't winning!

I used to have a spreadsheet where I used to enter all those competitions I had entered; utter madness but, having used it for ages, I was reluctant to stop using it. I grabbed the bull by the horns though and stopped using it about two years ago now, so glad I did, it was so time consuming and resulted in me being able to enter fewer competitions than I otherwise would.

I now don't calculate how many competitions I enter in any shape or form, I don't really care any more, just enter those that I would like to win.

I use a spreadsheet, including who has posted the comp, that helps me thank the right person if I win.

Work days I only manage 30 - 50 a day, but at the weekend and days off I usually exceed 100.

OMG, some of you are SO organised!!! I don't even bother counting or keeping a tally. I just enter those where I fancy the prize, and sit back and hope for the best.

I'm new to the forums! I have always been a lurker, but thought it was about time I joined.

I have decided to really stick my head into comping and I will probably be on here for a good couple hours each day entering as many as I can instead of the odd one here and there, and I shall help you out and post competitions if I ever see them.

So, how many do you enter a day?

obsiviously the more you enter the more you win - i usually do at least 1 hour a day depending on my mood twitter ones are quick to entee but hard to win
