Can anyone tell me if you are able to challenge a price check receipt?
The 8pk of Coca Cola is £3.85 at Tesco's but £2.50 in Asda (according to mysupermarket.com), but is showing as £3.85 from both supermarkets on my price check this morning. The reciept was from 5 March.

The Price Check will compare on how much the coke was on 5 March, not how much it is today. Perhaps Tesco and Asda had the same price for the item when you bought it but Asda have since dropped their price.Elite 5:2 #54 12/13 lbs (18 Jan) 1st Target :j0 -

No, that's what I meant - I was using a hypothetical example - the bit you're interested in is the "999" bit the last digit will vary as it's called a 'check digit' which makes a barcode work. So £3.50 in my other example. Hope that makes sense!0 -
Can anyone please tell me when they change the prices? Is it Monday for Tesco? What day is Asda? Thank you in advance and sorry if it has been asked a million times, I have a newborn and trailing through threads is not a luxury anymore!0

Tesco and Asda change prices at midnight Sunday and Tuesday night. The best offers are usually on Tuesday's. Asda have been changing the odd price on different days but those are the main ones.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
