You may have to reenter 2 or 3 times to get the result up. i.e. enter details, see result, back button, enter details, see result, back button ....
If that doesn't work then try entering with the time adjusted 1 minute upwards and then one minute downwards. Then wait 24 hours.
Yo can also try to change the time format from 24 from 24 hour clock to 12 hour clock or vice versa.
Or you could contact customer services. Never done, as each of the above has worked for me, so don't have the number.
It will be interesting to see i the new system is less flakey.0 -

Please can I ask is there anything worth buying in the hope of getting a JTD voucher but also using MOCS from the price flop brochure?
Not got a price flop yet as we have been away and its a 20 mile round trip - if I print them I cant get them to scan, my printer is rubbish.
Generally I've found that if I buy something to use a price flop MOC that is going to be the best offer. If I enter the receipt in the JTD machine it comes back as NA or even worth the item is more expensive in Asda so it ruins a JTD shop

Philadelphia was 2 different flavours (sweet chilli and garlic and herb) but the SA scanned g&h twice and that one not showing in Mr A for the 200g so lost out on that one. I should have kept the Oats So Simple separate because I was buying 2 so lost 56p. Branston beans fab buy at pack of 4 for £1 compared to £2.55 for 4 pack of Heinz so thanks to OP for that one.
Hope it's useful to some."For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone."0 -
