Am being a bit thick but where is the JTD link, is it to the Tesco site (thinking like the Asda Price Checker), not sure if I would be eligible for anything as I mostly use Asda but would like to check. Could not find the old forum on this.

Well no it's not; it's a specific example of how the principles you said about would work, to help the poster who was having trouble getting their head around the principles

Both have their place here; some people can follow specifics, some can follow principles (and some both)
