Are Tesco refusing some receipts full stop now?

I have entered several over the past few weeks and not had a single reply.

are the days of wombling gone i wonder

Why wait for a reply? Much quicker to just re-enter the receipt details and press submit you should get your voucher straightaway if not press back and submit again that usually gets results.

  • Hi folks,

    Bought this on Friday -

    IMAG0160-1-1.jpg

    The coupons were -
£5 for £40 spend till split
    4 x 50p off Gu
£12.04 price check voucher that the SA had to split up and enter manually for it to be
accepted on the SS till I'd used (manned till next time I think).

This receipt generated a further £15.04 price check voucher that I received on Saturday.;)

Ps sorry about the size of the image, I used my phone and I'm not sure how to resize it.

I just tried your tip and now says-

This receipt is already being processed, and you should receive your email soon so that you can view your results and see your shop compared to ASDA.

This is after entering receipt on Thursday night :(

just cant work out Tesco price check at the moment

sometimes you get a reply almost instantly other times not at all

and there doesn't seem a priority order (ie some people have result from Saturday while other are still waiting from Thurs):(

    just doesn't make sense

Just noticed that the Finest 'Citrus tarts' in the meal deal @ £2.50 compare to Asda's own Extra special @50p, so might get a bit more back on meal deal if you include this?
Maybe not though, looks like they weigh less??

  • don't understand all the delays you are all having, I put 2 receipts in at past midnight last night and they were returned this morning about 10 am? I wonder if there was a system outage earlier in the week and some items have fallen down a Tesco black hole? Very odd!
